At Fix-A-Floor, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return unused and unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Securely pack the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring the RA number is clearly marked on the outside of the box.

Ship the Package

Send your return to our processing facility using a trackable shipping method to ensure your package arrives safely at our warehouse.

Receive Your Refund

Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
